1. The defendant's KRW 45,00,000 and its amount shall be 5% per annum from March 10, 2020 to May 22, 2020 to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On March 10, 2018, the Plaintiff, with the indication of the claim, leased the lease deposit amount of KRW 45,000,000, and the lease deposit amount from March 10, 2018 to March 9, 2020.

Since the above lease contract was terminated on March 9, 2020, and the plaintiff delivered the above leased real estate to the defendant on March 20, 2019, the defendant is obligated to pay the above lease deposit and delay damages to the plaintiff.

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
