1. The defendant shall pay 9,950,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 7, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. As between December 27, 2013 and March 6, 2014, the Plaintiff was obligated to pay the Defendant the interest rate of 3% per month, and the due date of payment of KRW 9,950,000,00 in total on 16 occasions after setting three months from the date of borrowing, and as such, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from March 7, 2014 to the date of full payment.
