A. Plaintiff Democratic Labor Union A branch, Plaintiff B, C, and D of the National Public Transport Service Trade Union, an industrial trade union, is the head of the Plaintiff’s branch, director general, director general, and Plaintiff E’s former representative of Plaintiff A’s G, Nonparty H, I, and J, Nonparty K, and L are the above G representatives, and the Defendant is a superior general hospital and public institution established by the “National University University University University University University Establishment Act” and designated by the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, such as the Medical Service Act.

B. From September 24, 2015, the Plaintiffs and the Nonparty: (a) occupied the management service company regarding the parking facilities of the Defendant Hospital; (b) occupied the entrance route in front of the main hospital; (c) opened the entrance route of the Defendant Hospital; and (d) opened the entrance entrance and exit of the first floor of the 2nd hospital of the Defendant Hospital; and (c) provided relief using a loudspeaker; and (d) interfered with the entrance and exit of the head of the hospital; and (c) exercised the positive force, such as leaving the front of the second hospital room of the Defendant Hospital; and (d) distributing printed materials to the patients and their guardians who want to move to the hospital; and (e) exercising the Defendant’s employees making a request for withdrawal.

C. Accordingly, the Defendant filed an application against the Plaintiff and the Nonparty for provisional injunction No. 2015Kahap3279 (hereinafter “instant provisional injunction”). On December 10, 2015, this Court rendered a decision to partially accept the Defendant’s application (hereinafter “instant provisional injunction order”), including the following:
