1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from May 25, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of request: 100,000,000 won loans made on November 18, 2018;
2. Judgment to be rendered for the confession of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the defendant only submitted a formal written objection after being served with the original of the payment order and without submitting any subsequent detailed written response, and therefore, it shall be deemed that all of the plaintiff's allegations have been led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act);
