The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. On April 14, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face at two times in drinking, among the c convenience stores located in Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si, about 04:30 on the following day: (a) the victim D (28 years old) kids together, and assaulted the victim’s face at the front of the convenience store in Gwangju-si; (b) the victim D (28 years old).
