Text
1. The defendant shall pay 67 million won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from April 8, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, which are grounds for recognition, shall be deemed as the defendant.
3. The part to which part is dismissed is claimed as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of service of the original copy of the payment order of this case. However, damages for delay occurs from the day after delivery of the original copy of the payment order of this case with the plaintiff's declaration of intent to cancel the lease contract.
