1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 106,582,322 as well as KRW 56,870,820 as to the Plaintiff from October 23, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Although the Plaintiff was granted a loan to the Defendant on September 18, 2009, the Defendant lost the benefit of time by delaying the return of the principal and interest. The Defendant demanded the return of the remaining principal and interest as stated in the Disposition 1. 2. Judgment without ground (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
