1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 425,726,66 and KRW 424,331,60 among the Defendants, from December 5, 2016 to December 12, 2016.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act applicable mutatis mutandis to the case of Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) (Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the same Act (Article 208(3) of the same Act), on the grounds that the “creditor” was “Plaintiff” and “debtor” were “Defendant,” and the amount of subrogated payment under paragraph (6) is corrected to KRW 424,31,604).
