1. Larceny;

A. On July 8, 2017, around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a 7 portable phone in the middle-gu Seoul Central Bank of Korea; (b) one transport card equivalent to KRW 10,000; and (c) one credit card bank (C) with a 800,000,000 won of the market value, which was located near the victim B, under the influence of alcohol, located in the victim B; (c) the victim’s market value, which was located near the victim B, who was under the influence of alcohol.

B. Around 01:00 on July 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft, holding a studio 10,000 won of the market value of the victim, located near D under the influence of alcohol, and one copy of the resident registration certificate, cash 45,000 won; (b) a corporate bank credit card (credit card number: E); and (c) a new bank credit card (credit card number: F).

2. On July 13, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) presented to the employees of the above convenience store as if he had the right to use the stolen credit card (E) of a company bank, as set forth in paragraph (1)(b) at the H convenience store located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu; and (b) presented it to the said employees of the convenience store; and (c) unlawfully used the stolen credit card by obtaining the above employees’ delivery of KRW 3300,00 of the 3,300, and by taking the stolen credit card; and (d) on the same day, the credit card was unlawfully used by taking the stolen property by settling the total amount of KRW 40,420 on five occasions, such as written in the list of crimes.

[2017 Highest 5096] On July 24, 2017, at around 03:35, the Defendant was in the front direction of the Seoul Central Franchis Recycling Center 377, a road located near the right side of the victim I, who was under influence of alcohol, one unclaimed telephone, one cash, 50,000 won, one driver's license, and two agricultural C&C cards.

On the other hand, Party A was stolen.
