The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the defendant on the ground that the court below found the defendant guilty of the injury resulting from the continued assault which was changed in exchange at the court below among the facts charged of this case, and the judgment of conviction is just. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by violating the law

In addition, even after examining the grounds alleged by the Defendant in light of the record, this case cannot be deemed to constitute “when there is any ground to request a retrial”.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
