A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A is a person operating a restaurant with the trade name of “D” in the Chungcheong-gun C, Chungcheong-gun C, and the victim E (49) is a person operating a restaurant with the trade name of “G” in the same Gun F.
1. In the front of the aforementioned “D” operated by the Defendant around April 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) whether the victimized person sells the bread similar to the bread sold by the victimized person; (b) whether the victimized person sells the bread.

On April 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) returned to the Defendant’s aforementioned “D” restaurant on the ground that it had been created about 13:20 on April 16, 2017, and used a knife ( approximately 38 cm in total length, approximately 25 cm in length) that was dangerous to the Defendant; and (b) sought the victim by carrying a knife around the “G” food of the victimized person to threaten the victim, without discovering the victim; (c) left the restaurant of the said victim; (d) continued to enter the restaurant of the said victim; and (e) tried to take the knife the victim’s goods, which were dangerous to threaten the victim; and (e) have taken the knife onto the restaurant of the said victim; and (e) have attempted to take the knife (a total knife, approximately 20 cm in length, and approximately 10 cm in length around the victim;
