Partial dismissal: Pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015) that was amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced October 1, 2015, with respect to delay damages, the portion cited by applying 15% per annum from October 22, 2015 to the delay damages rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015).
