1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 270,000,000 with respect thereto to the Plaintiff and the period from August 6, 2018 to July 27, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. Part of the dismissed part of the claim for damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum after June 1, 2019 pursuant to Article 2 of Addenda of Article 3 (1) of the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019.
