On September 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00 on September 24, 2013, on the ground that the victim B (78 years of age) was fluord in front of the Free Meal Service Center in Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong, Daegu-gu, and caused the Defendant’s body, and (b) took a bath to the said victim; and (c) assault both of the victims at one time in drinking.
