On November 6, 2016, the Defendant driven B vehicle around 16:12 to 16:14, and continued to drive 47 km from Pyeongtaek-si Highway.

At the time, the Defendant, while driving on an expressway, did not change the vehicle on the two-lane but continued to drive the overtaking road for about 40 seconds without changing the vehicle, thereby violating the method of passing the designated lane on the expressway.
