1. The defendant shall receive, on February 27, 1996, the Gwangju District Court's non-permanent registry office with respect to the area of 655 square meters in Seoul-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.
Unless otherwise agreed, the right to the completion of the pre-sale agreement shall be exercised within 10 years, and the period shall expire after the lapse of the exclusion period. In full view of the entries and the purport of the entire pleadings set forth in subparagraph 1, the defendant, on February 26, 1996, completed the registration of the right to the transfer of ownership as stated in Paragraph 1 of the Disposition on February 27, 1996, but did not exercise the right to the completion of the pre-sale within 10 years thereafter, the right to the completion of the pre-sale agreement has expired after the lapse of the exclusion period.
Therefore, the registration of the above right to claim ownership transfer, which is premised on the existence of an objection, shall be null and void as the cause thereof is determined. Therefore, the defendant is obliged to implement the procedure for cancellation registration of the above right to claim ownership transfer
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
