건물인도 등 청구
1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. From May 27, 2018, the same shall apply.
1. On February 27, 2018, the Defendant, indicating the claim, entered into a lease agreement with C and the real estate listed in the separate sheet, setting the deposit amount of KRW 500,000,000 per three months, and the Plaintiff succeeded to the lessor status on April 2, 2018.
Since the defendant did not pay two or more times of arrears, the plaintiff terminated the above contract by delivering a copy of the complaint of this case, and seek a payment of unjust enrichment equivalent to the delivery of the above real estate and the rent to the defendant.
