Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, the Defendants handled the Metropha (one philophone; hereinafter “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On February 18, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold a penphone at the age club of “G” in the name of “G” located in “G” in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, with KRW 200,000,000 and approximately 0.5g of the penphone.

2) On February 18, 2018, at around 03:30, the Defendant purchased and sold 200,000 won from “I” and purchased and sold 0.04g Handphones to “I” at the above place.

3) On February 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold phiphones by 200,000 won to C through “K” at the axis located in the J of Gwangju Mine-gu; and (b) 200,000 won and 2 phiphones as soon as possible containing philophones.

4) On February 21, 2018, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 100,000 from “N” in front of M in Gwangju mine area L; and (b) purchased and sold phiphones to “N” the volume of phiphones.

5) On February 21, 2018, around 04:46, the Defendant traded phiphones by giving C KRW 100,000 and receiving 100,000 from C in the vicinity of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., and then remitting KRW 30,000 to C on the same day.

6) On February 24, 2018, at around 01:00, the Defendant purchased and sold 200,000 philophones from the mutual age club, “G” located in Gwangju Mine Area F, with approximately 00,000 won and approximately 0.1g philophones.

7) On March 31, 2018, the Defendant promised C to pay KRW 700,000,000 to the front street in Gwangju Mine at L, and paid KRW 350,000,00 to C once, and purchased and sold 1g philopon to C.
