On July 21, 2018, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car at a distance of about 2 kilometers from the 0.173% alcohol concentration in blood around 02:01 to the front of the gas station in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul to 17,000, Dong-gu, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
