Seized evidence No. 5 shall be confiscated.

The defendant concealed a cell phone from the front door of the mobile phone camera, put the cell phone into the front stairs of the victims who reside in the apartment, and tried to collect money and valuables by exposing the door password by the victims' taking a secret number of the digital painting of the above entrance into consideration by the victim's taking the victim's seat, and then infringing upon the victim's house.

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. The Defendant, from May 9, 2019 to around 14:51 on the same day, appears to be “the facts charged in the apartment building C in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the victim B’s Ansan-si, as the above method, and recognized the same as the above apartment.”

In order to commit a theft by exposing the password of the digital escape book of the above apartment F entrance of the victim E and intrusion on the victim's residence, the apartment joint entrance of the apartment that was not corrected into the victim's residence even before the victim's residence.

B. On May 9, 2019, from around 18:29 to around 19:20 on the same day, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence in front of the victim’s residence through a joint entrance of the apartment that was not corrected to find out the password of the victim G’s above apartment H and the victim I’s digital cover, and then commit the larceny.

C. From May 14, 2019 to 23:12 on the same day on the same day, the Defendant: (a) discovered the password of the victim K’s Gosan-si L Building and the digital gate of the entrance door in M, and intruded into the said residence to commit a larceny; and (b) invaded upon the victim’s residence, through the joint entrance of the apartment that was not corrected, even before the victim’s residence.

2. Intrusion upon residence and theft;

A. The Defendant, from May 8, 2019 to around 13:10 on the same day, is the charge of the apartment building C located in Ansan-si.
