1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to Defendant A’s KRW 2,231,847 and KRW 1,956,133 among them:
B. Defendant B shall be KRW 1,487,898, and
Reasons
1. The claim indication network D and the Plaintiff concluded a loan contract with the principal of KRW 15,00,000 on March 19, 2015, the loan period of KRW 18.4% per annum and interest rate of KRW 18.4% per annum. However, as the above contract does not perform the obligation to repay the loan as stipulated in the above contract, the Defendants, the heir of the above networkD, lose their interest during the given period, and thus, seek repayment of the loan against the Defendants.
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
