At around 15:00 on August 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the house of the Victim C (A) located in Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu, Cheongju-si; (b) around 43 years old; (c) the victim, who had living together with the Defendant for about 3 years, suspected of the Defendant’s female problem; and (d) the Defendant, who was living together with the Defendant for a period of 5 years, raises doubts about the Defendant’s desire; and (d) the victim’s face and body was boomed by the Defendant’s hand; and (e) the victim’s body was taken once by the outbreak of the victim’s body beyond the floor to undergo treatment for about 42 days, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as a catus.
