1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,522,400 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 17, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That on October 23, 2015, the Plaintiff reduced the rate of delay damages to 15% per annum. 2. The judgment of the court below is final and conclusive (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act)
