Around 11:40 on February 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) damaged and damaged property: (b) damaged “D” operated by the victim C (A) on the second floor of the Sejong B commercial building; (c) damaged the victim to cover repair costs that are not known because the victim did not repay the money he/she borrowed; (d) damaged the victim’s 1 computer on the floor; and (e) damaged the victim to prevent funeral services by cancelling his/her business registration if he/she does not repay the money; and (e) continuously, “the victim would not attend the school if he/she attends; and (e) the victim would have the victim attend the school without having paid the money.” (e.g., “the victim would have the passenger receive the money later; and (e) the victim was able to walk his/her hair, such as the victim’s head, and son and son, and the victim took the face with his/her hair and her face.

As a result, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim, and caused the victim to be saved with an internal and internal organs in need of treatment for about two weeks.

[Defendant asserts that illegality should be avoided as an act of a political party that does not contravene social norms. As such, “act that does not contravene social norms” under Article 20 of the Criminal Act refers to an act that is acceptable in light of the overall spirit of legal order or the social ethics or social norms surrounding the act, and thus, it constitutes a case where certain act satisfies the requirements such as legitimacy of motive or purpose of the act, reasonableness of the means or method of the act, balance of the benefits of protection and infringement, urgency, balance of the benefits of infringement, and supplementary nature that there is no other means or method other than the act (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 2013Do8683, Oct. 17, 2013). However, in this case, even if the Defendant urged the victim to pay his liability, the act was caused by the victim’s failure.
