A. The Plaintiff is a juristic person operating a building work business, an engineering work business, etc.

B. On September 15, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant combined 15, 2015 square meters of the E-dong E-Dong 3, 7.13 square meters of neighborhood living facilities (9.13 square meters in total), 9.15 square meters in neighborhood living facilities on the G (F) Dong 3, 9.15 square meters in total floor area (9.15 square meters in total), 76.5 square meters in neighborhood living facilities on H E-dong 3, 76.5 square meters in total floor area (76.5 square meters in total), 96.51 square meters in total floor area (96.51 square meters in total area) in G-dong 37 square meters in total, 97.94 square meters in total floor area, 97.94 square meters in total floor area in 196.7 square meters in total floor area on the G-dong 37 square meters in total area on the ground (96.51 square meters in total area), and 97.64 square meters in total floor area on the ground 97.94 square meters in each aggregate.7.7.

The indication of the overall title of each of the above buildings is indicated as the land scheduled for subdivision according to the said division survey result. On September 15, 2015, the construction of the new construction project (hereinafter “instant construction project”) commenced and completed by November 10, 2015, and entered into a construction contract with the Defendant for construction cost of KRW 3,000,000 (excluding value-added tax) (hereinafter “instant contract”).

C. On November 6, 2015, the Plaintiff, while performing the instant construction, prepared and delivered to the Defendant the following “written waiver of a construction right and a lien” and “written waiver of a construction work.”
