However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant had been living together between C and six years from July 201 to September 12, 2016, and C does not abide by his/her promise to marry with the Defendant after having been divorced from his/her wife while maintaining his/her continuous living relationship with him/her, as well as having provided a teaching system with other women, etc., and C was raped by his/her lending and not having repaid his/her money.

The police tried to make a false report to police officers.

around 05:00 on September 18, 2016, the Defendant filed a report on sexual assault against C on September 19, 2016 at the Defendant’s house 208 Dong-gun, Busan, and around 1204, despite the Defendant’s sexual intercourse by agreement with C, on September 13:0, 2016, the Defendant reported to F of the Maritime Police Team E Team of the Maritime Police Station to “sexual assault from C” with the Defendant’s cell phone, and on September 22, 2016, the Defendant tried to attend the Busan East Sea Center at the Busan East Coast Station to prevent the reporter from selling his/her clothes with his/her body inside his/her body, and to make a false statement to G of the Busan Maritime Police Station from 05:00 on September 18, 2016, the Defendant tried to have the reporter off his/her body and to have his/her body removed from his/her body with his/her body outside of his/her canter.”

Accordingly, the Defendant reported false facts to police officers as above with the aim of having C criminal punishment.
