The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

The Defendant is a person who, from June 2014 to September 2014, the mother of the victim D (in female, 22 years of age) was in internal relations with E.

On November 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00, the victim D (n, 22 years of age) located in Sacheon-si F, on the ground that the victim D (n, 22 years of age), while under the influence of alcohol, was in danger of being kept in the kitchen, and (b) took a knife (17.5cm in length, about 31cm in length, about 31cm in length) and takes the part of the victim, and (c) took part in the part of the victim, and (d) took part in the victim’s knife in the knife, “I will die. I want to die in the knife and knife,” and (d) threatened the victim with dangerous things in the kitchen, “I am knife and knife, I am knife, I am knife.”
