When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On October 25, 2015, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.063% during blood transfusion, the Defendant driven the instant Lone Star or Rocom with approximately KRW 200,00,000, from the road in front of the mountain village of the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, to the road in front of 330-1, North Korean River.
