On August 8, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) sought from “C” operated by the Defendant on the 103th underground floor of the building B in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) had female employees E receive KRW 70,00 from “C”; and (c) had female employees E engage in a similar sexual intercourse between June 12, 2013 and August 8, 2013, under which the Defendant 70 million was receiving 70,000 won per hour from an unspecified number of customers and hired female employees from “A”, and had them interfere with a similar sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
