In full view of the entries in Gap evidence No. 1 and the purport of the entire pleadings, the buildings listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as "the buildings of this case") were owned by Eul. However, following the death of Eul, the plaintiff A, the inheritor, owned 5/9 shares, 2/9 shares, and 2/9 shares, and the defendant may recognize the fact that the building of this case is occupied without permission without any lease contract with E or the plaintiffs.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to order the plaintiffs to present the building of this case, and the plaintiffs' claim is justified.
