Nevertheless, on July 2015, the Defendant, without permission from the competent authorities, installed a wall of 24 meters wide, 8m vertical length, 20cm high, 3m high and 40m high and above the roof on the land in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, without permission of the competent authorities, in order to use it as a warehouse for agricultural machinery and agricultural products.
