1. The Defendant caused the termination of the title trust on October 29, 2019 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On July 29, 201, the Plaintiff married with the Defendant on November 2, 201, but purchased an automobile listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant vehicle”) around July 29, 2014 and agreed between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff to make a transfer registration under the Plaintiff’s name (hereinafter “instant title trust agreement”). On April 30, 2013, the instant vehicle is registered under the Plaintiff’s name with respect to the instant vehicle on April 30, 2013. The delivery of a duplicate of the Plaintiff’s written complaint of this case by the Defendant to indicate the Defendant’s intention to terminate the instant title trust (service date) on the instant vehicle. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 24774, Oct. 29, 2019>
