1. The Defendants jointly and severally against the Plaintiff KRW 23,835,776 and against the Defendant A, from December 25, 2014.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Defendant A by means of a public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) is a judgment rendered by means of a public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act). Defendant B is a person who made a confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
