On November 30, 2017, the Defendant rendered a final decision against the Plaintiff on the amount of each litigation cost under the Supreme Court Decision 2017Kao-Ma50026, 2017Kao-5028, and the same court Decision 2017Kao-5042, supra, on March 5, 2018.

On August 30, 2018, the Plaintiff deposited each of the above decisions in gold No. 968 of this Court in this Court with the Defendant as the principal depositee.

Therefore, since all obligations based on each of the above decisions against the defendant have ceased to exist, compulsory execution based on each of the above decisions against the plaintiff should be denied.
