For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment convicting the Defendants on the charges of this case (excluding the part of conviction against Defendant A) on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and acquitted them.

In light of the record, the lower court did not err in its judgment by either violating the rules of evidence or misapprehending the legal doctrine on the trial-oriented principle, the trial-oriented principle, and the trial-oriented principle, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
