However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for special robbery at Seoul Southern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 30, 2013.

On October 28, 2011, the Defendant, along with C (Transfer of Juvenile Protection Case, October 28, 201), and D (Transfer of Juvenile Protection Case, September 26, 201), sought to steal money and valuables from E’s house, which had previously been abused by the Defendant, before the intellectual disability, and the Defendant exceeded his/her left side and entered his/her match only, and issued instructions to C, “packs his/her son with his/her son, and can have his/her fingerprints affixed with his/her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s kick.”

At around 03:00 on July 15, 201, the Defendant, in collusion with C and D, entered the Nonindicted Cash Card (J) owned by G in the withdrawal period, and withdrawn KRW 1,00,000,000 in cash over four occasions, while waiting for C and D outside the convenience store in the first cash withdrawal period located in H in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul.
