[2018 Gohap1201] - 1-Ga through (f) and (2) [criminal records] Defendant A was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment for one year at the Seoul Central District Court on December 11, 2014 by committing a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (f) and other relevant acts, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 19, 2014.

Defendant

A, on November 17, 2015, at the Seoul Western District Court, sentenced one year and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 3, 2016. On July 27, 2016, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced two months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on March 11, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the authorized person handling narcotics, the Defendants handled the psychotropic drugs-related Mesponsers (one philophone; hereinafter “philophones”) and marijuana as follows:

1. Defendant A

A. On May 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use c building in Seoul Jung-gu, the Defendant’s house at the seat of the Defendant, and d, dilution with water, and administering philophones in a way of injection into the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

In addition, the Defendant administered philophones over four occasions from the above date to July 25, 2018, as shown in attached Table 1.

B. On July 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 0.3ghopon from F to F, which was 0.3ghopon in plastic plastic bags located in plastic plastic bags at the guest rooms in Jung-gu, Seoul; and (b) received from F, approximately 0.3gopon from F, around July 25, 2018. The Defendant received approximately 0.3gopon from F, which was 0.3gopon from F, in the guest rooms in the above Eel heading room, around July 25, 2018.

C. The Defendant providing Handphones is on the street in the vicinity of the H station located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G in September 2018.
