A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of the E-Life Education Center in the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D Building (hereinafter referred to as the "Lifelong Education Center"), and the husband F of the defendant is the head of the Lifelong Education Center and the instructor of the Lifelong Education Center.

The Defendant, in collusion with F on September 2012, as if he demoted “G”, which is an employee’s account suitability training process conducted by the Ministry of Labor in order to improve the employee’s job ability conducted by the Ministry of Labor, followed the Defendant’s strong intent to “H” without authorization, and followed the Defendant’s strong intent to “G” where training expenses are supported.

In addition, in mind that he/she applied for training expenses to the Gwangju Regional Labor Office under the Ministry of Labor, from September 22, 2012 to December 1, 2012, he/she demoted “H” without obtaining authorization from 15 persons, including I, from around January 2, 2012, and entered false information that he/she forced I, etc. to access the workplace skill development training information network (HR-Nt) through the Internet on the Internet on January 23, 2013, and received an application for the payment of training expenses for his/her account suitability training course prepared falsely in accordance with the above contents to the Gwangju Regional Labor Office, thereby deceiving him/her from receiving the application for training expenses for the employees’ account suitability training course from the victim Gwangju Regional Labor Office for 5,400,000 won in total (360,000 won per 1,360 won per x 15,000 won per 9,000 won) from Gwangju Regional Labor Office, 214 and 981.
