When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On January 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was brought a lawsuit claiming divorce and division of property by his wife C around January 9, 2012; (b) forged a lease contract for the building owned by the Defendant to cut down the amount of the deposit money; and (c) forged a receipt stating that he returned the deposit money to the lessee as above; and (d) neglected to submit the forged lease contract and receipt to the full bench of the divorce lawsuit.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On October 2012, the Defendant forged the document under the lessee D’s name at the Defendant’s office located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the fact that the Defendant concluded a lease agreement with the lessee D with the lessee D with the deposit amount of KRW 30 million and returned KRW 30 million to the above D after the lease term expires, the Defendant, using a computer document preparation program, entered the name “Seoul Metropolitan Government Geumcheon-gu, E and F3 stories,” “Seoul Metropolitan Government KRW 0 million in deposit column,” “A” and “D” into the lessor’s name and printed it out to the lessor’s name.

D his seal shall be stamped, and this receipt shall be received as refunds to Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Geumcheon-gu and F, and shall be issued in the form of the refund receipt.

After entering into the “ issuer D”, printing this out and affixing D’s seal on the name side of D.

Accordingly, the defendant, who is a private document related to rights and obligations, committed the above Article 1 of the warehouse lease contract in the name of D and one of the refund receipt.

B. The Defendant who forged the document in the name of G in the name of the lessee may enter into a lease agreement with G with the date, time, place, and fact that the lease deposit is KRW 20 million, and return the above G after the lease term expires, in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).
