Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 16, 2015, the Defendant was driving a C-car under the influence of alcohol by 0.09%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from around the main point of 247, the '247-km located in the middle-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, which was located in the middle-dong, to the street in the vicinity of the 3rd-dong Public Security Center located in the same Gu.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AF) provides that the Defendant is a person engaged in driving the said Crane car.
On January 16, 2015, at around 06:15, the Defendant got to proceed in the direction of 3 boxes in the direction of the 2nd police box, which took place in front of the Singu, Busan, Daegu, the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Complex.
At night, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at the time, and the Defendant had a duty of care to drive safely, such as performing his duty of care in front of night, complying with the tea, etc., in order to prevent accidents.
Nevertheless, while under the influence of alcohol, the part on the left-hand side of the D Driving E-city bus stopped at the bus stops adjacent to the bus stops while running a central bus in front of the Defendant’s vehicle in order to overtake the taxi in front of the Defendant vehicle was driven by the front-hand side of the Defendant vehicle.
After all, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, destroyed a bus with a repair cost of KRW 610,500, and went away from the site without taking any measures.
3. Notwithstanding the fact that a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is prohibited from being operated on the road, the Defendant driven the said C motor vehicle without mandatory insurance as stated in paragraph (1), at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
