If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
At around 00:10 on July 10, 2013, the Defendant driven a B car at approximately 2 km section from the front of the water village located in Sungnam-si to the front of the company bank located in the Gancheon-si, Gancheon-si, Sungnam-si, to the 0.149% alcohol concentration.
