1. As of November 19, 2015, the Defendant’s claim against the Plaintiff acquired from the Japanese Bank on September 8, 2009.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: Suwon District Court 2013Hun-Ma5370 decided against the Plaintiff, which stated the Defendant’s claim against the Plaintiff in the list of creditors of the exemption case, but is not indicated in bad faith by the Plaintiff, and thus, it is not necessary for the Plaintiff to confirm the exemption of the above obligation. 2.
