1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from February 1, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
