Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2019 Highest 3066" is the representative of E Council members of both countries D and D, who employs 15 regular workers and operates a kidden professional Council member.
1. On March 27, 2017, the Defendant violated the Labor Standards Act, who was employed as a nurse as of March 27, 2017, and did not pay wages and annual allowances to three workers within 14 days from the date of the occurrence of the cause for payment without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date for payment, as stated in attached Form E, including the wage of FF retired on November 24, 2018.
2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act, as seen above, did not pay retirement allowances to two retired workers within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the cause for payment without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date, as well as 3,456,067 won of retirement allowances to the above retired F, including 3,456,067 won of retirement allowances to the above retired F.
The Defendant, as the representative of Hwon in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, is an employer who employs 10 full-time workers and operates a general Council member.
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Provided, That the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the above workplace from December 8, 2019 to February 25, 2020, did not pay KRW 2,178,800 to the retired worker I’s retired worker as well as KRW 9,132,800 in total, as shown in the attached crime list, as shown in the attached crime list, and did not pay KRW 9,132,80 in total, within 14 days from the date of the occurrence of the cause for payment, without any agreement on the extension of the payment between the parties.
