The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On April 16, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s right side knife on the ground that the victim B (the victim B (the 10-year-old age) led the bicycle in India in front of the latter part of 107 an apartment of 11:06 Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and that the Defendant did not turn on the way he would not turn on the way.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. On May 2, 2016, after filing a prosecution, the victim’s legal representative expressed his/her intention not to punish the victim’s legal representative on April 26, 2016.
