1. The defendant shall pay 38,500,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from November 26, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment by publication.
3. The provisions concerning statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended to the effect that the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015.
