No certified brokerage broker who provides brokerage services shall allow any third person to render brokerage services using his/her name or trade name, and no one shall render brokerage services using another person's name or trade name.

1. Defendant B

A. On March 5, 2016, the Defendant had A engage in brokerage business using his/her name or trade name on a real estate lease agreement that leases real estate of 201 dong 804, which is leased to G, from the above authorized broker office, to G, and had another person engage in brokerage business using his/her name or trade name.

On April 23, 2016, the Defendant, at the above authorized broker office, had A engage in brokerage business of the real estate sales contract that sells real estate No. 1, 206 Dong 902, which is owned by H, to J, and had another person engage in brokerage business using his/her name or trade name.

On April 29, 2016, the Defendant had A act as a broker for a real estate lease contract that leases real estate of No. 1208 Dong 1104, Dong 1104, which is owned by K, to a school juristic person LOB, and had another person engage in brokerage business using his/her name or trade name.

On May 16, 2016, the Defendant had A engage in brokerage services using his/her name or trade name on a real estate lease agreement that leases real estate No. 1 202 504 dong 504 real estate owned by M to N in the above authorized brokerage office, and had another person perform brokerage services using his/her name or trade name.

A. On March 5, 2016, the Defendant, using the name of the above certified broker B in the office of the above certified broker B, leases real estate F of the wife population F, 201 Dong 804 to G.
