When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The defendant was elected by registering as a candidate for a member of the Do Council on May 24, 2018 in the national Dong-si local election that was implemented on June 13, 2018.

1. A candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate) in violation of a contribution prohibition, and his/her spouse, shall not make a contribution to persons in the constituency concerned, or institutions, organizations, or facilities;

Nevertheless, at around April 8, 2018, the Defendant provided 50,000 won in cash to the above church as a donation, from that time to May 27, 2018, and provided 330,000 won in cash to six churches located in the relevant constituency, such as the list of crimes in attached Table (1).

2. No person who violates the restriction on door-to door visits shall visit door-to door for an election campaign or for soliciting admission during the election period; and

Nevertheless, at around 13:00 on April 15, 2018, the Defendant visited the house of the electorate F in E, distributed its name cards, and complained for support. From that time to June 2, 2018, the Defendant visited 2 the house of the electorates by door for the election campaign, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2) from June 2, 2018.
