On April 2013, the Defendant tried to pay the two automobile insurance premiums of a motor vehicle operated by the Defendant, etc. using a D’s card in the name of D lending from D. On April 17, 2013, the defendant had the above E enter D's resident registration numbers while entering into D's non-life insurance policy (LIG) in LIG. However, the contractor's address and mobile phone number were entered into the defendant.

In addition, the defendant requested E to enter the registered insured into "G" as the father of the defendant, and the vehicle number was required to output the automobile insurance subscription form and to submit it to the insurance company by signing D.

Accordingly, E prepared one copy (LIG) of the subscription form for non-life insurance (LIG) and signed "D" in the column of the contract in which the subscription is confirmed by an irregular means, such as making the contractor D at the request of the defendant.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of the automobile insurance subscription in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

Defendant continued to set up one copy of the subscription for automobile insurance in the name of D including the same vehicle number “I”, “D”, “F”, etc. in the same manner for the purpose of exercising the right.

Around that time, the Defendant, through Chapter E, submitted to LIG Non-Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (LIG) that he knew of the fact.
