[Criminal Power] On August 20, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for fraud, obstruction of exercise of rights, obstruction of performance of official duties by deceptive scheme, breach of trust, and evasion of compulsory execution at the Gwangju District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 28, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On February 2, 2013, the defrauded made a false statement to the victim E at the D Co., Ltd. office in Gwangju Mine-gu, where the Defendant is working, that “a vehicle is required to operate construction machinery sales business, the Defendant would make installment payments without delay on the face of the week by purchasing benz car in the name of F, which is the denial of width, and on the face of the week.”

However, the Defendant had not been able to pay the oil price, etc. while operating G Co., Ltd. before the said D Co., Ltd., and the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay the loan even if the Defendant borrowed the name of the victim and purchased the enz car with total liability of KRW 23,970,140, total amount of wages and retirement allowances paid to employees and retirement allowances in KRW 597,008,062.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, purchased HWz car under the name of HF of the victim’s wife F, obtained a loan of KRW 55 million from Ariju Capital under the name of the vehicle installment, and acquired the same amount of property profit.

2. As stated in the above paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) operated the benz car purchased in the name of the victim E’s wife F; (b) did not pay an installment; (c) was urged the victim to return the vehicle or pay the installment; (d) sold the benz car in the victim’s name; and (c) sold the benz car in the Defendant’s name,

On September 12, 2013, the Defendant introduced a motor vehicle dealer to allow I, who is well aware of the circumstances, to sell the motor vehicle of the said Convention, and then, I would like to request I to introduce the motor vehicle dealer, and then I would like to be the motor vehicle trader in the J of Yongsung-gun, Jeonsung-gun around September 12, 2013.
